RULES FOR THE ONLINE PUBLIC VOTE
EUROPEAN PRE-SELECTION SEMI-FINALS – BRUSSELS
TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL 2026

1. TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL organizes an online public vote to select the five girls and five boys qualified for the TMI 2026 World Semi-Finals.
2. The online public vote will open on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM on the official website: www.topmodelinternational.com and will close on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at midnight.
3. Participation in the public vote implies full acceptance of these rules and regulations. To vote, users must select the candidate of their choice directly on the official TMI 2026 website: www.topmodelinternational.com
4. Votes are paid votes. Several voting packages are available with decreasing rates depending on the number of votes purchased. Voting is accessible exclusively through the official website: www.topmodelinternational.com

5. The competition is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week worldwide through the website www.topmodelinternational.com. However, TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible for any interruption, technical malfunction, internet network issue, website maintenance, human error, malicious intervention, technical breakdown, or any other disruption beyond its control affecting access to the voting platform or the recording of votes. TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL undertakes to make every effort to ensure the proper operation of the voting system but cannot guarantee the absence of technical issues affecting the results.
6. Under these regulations, TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL guarantees that 10 candidates (5 girls and 5 boys) will qualify through the online public vote for the TMI 2026 World Semi-Finals. The final results of the public vote will be announced no later than June 2, 2026.
7. TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to shorten, modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice or liability. Any modification to the competition rules shall not give rise to any claim or compensation by participants.
8. Votes are collected by VIP EVENTS SAINT-TROPEZ EURL, located in Sainte-Maxime, France.
9. Participants acknowledge that TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible for any internet malfunction, website access issue, webmaster-related problem, hacking attempt, or any consequences resulting from such incidents during the voting process.
10. These rules may be modified at any time without prior notice and without granting any specific rights to participants. Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of the present rules and of the final decisions made by TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL regarding the organization and results of the competition.
11. Any dispute relating to the online public vote organized by TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
